Terms & Conditions

Memberships are offered as exclusive annual loyalty and benefits programs intended to enhance the salon experience at Toronto Beauty Club.

Membership benefits, pricing, promotions, and inclusions are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Toronto Beauty Club.

Members must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.

Members must provide valid payment information.

Members must maintain respectful conduct toward staff and guests.

Toronto Beauty Club reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate memberships due to inappropriate behavior, abuse of benefits, fraud, harassment, repeated cancellations/no-shows, or violation of salon policies.

Membership fees are charged annually on the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Some memberships may include a one-time sign-up fee.

Memberships automatically renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Toronto Beauty Club to process recurring payments using the payment method provided.

All membership purchases, renewal payments, sign-up fees, and associated charges are final and non-refundable.

Toronto Beauty Club does not provide full or partial refunds.

Toronto Beauty Club does not provide credits for unused time or unused benefits.

Toronto Beauty Club does not provide refunds due to change of mind, relocation, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

Unused benefits do not carry over into future billing periods unless otherwise stated.

Benefits may include: service discounts, welcome kits, seasonal giveaways, birthday gifts, beverage and food offerings, early access booking privileges, referral rewards, loyalty program access, complimentary or discounted services/packages.

Benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and valid only while membership remains active and in good standing.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may transfer any existing deposit or prepaid amount toward the rescheduled appointment.

If the rescheduled service total differs from the original booking, the deposit or credit amount may be adjusted accordingly toward the new service total.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of the reserved service total.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 75% of the reserved service total.

No-show or no-call appointments may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service total.

Select luxury services, transformation appointments, smoothing treatments, extension services, VIP experiences, bridal bookings, and specialty packages may require non-refundable deposits or full prepayment.

Clients wishing to rebook after a no-show may be required to pay the applicable no-show fee and/or a new non-refundable deposit before securing another appointment.

Future appointments may require full prepayment or deposits at the discretion of Toronto Beauty Club.

One courtesy reschedule or transfer of deposit/credit may be granted in the event of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, at management discretion.

Approved credits or transferred deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment or adjusted service total where applicable.

Membership discounts apply only to eligible services/packages specified under the membership tier.

Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

Membership discounts exclude retail products, extensions, corrective services, gratuities, gift cards, taxes, and select premium services unless otherwise stated.

Welcome kits, quarterly kits, birthday gifts, and giveaway entries are subject to availability.

Welcome kits, quarterly kits, birthday gifts, and giveaway entries may vary in brand, value, and contents.

Welcome kits, quarterly kits, birthday gifts, and giveaway entries must be claimed within the designated timeframe.

Welcome kits, quarterly kits, birthday gifts, and giveaway entries cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted upon request.

Memberships are personal to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Memberships cannot be shared.

Memberships cannot be resold.

Any misuse may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Toronto Beauty Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion for fraudulent activity.

Toronto Beauty Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion for chargebacks or failed payments.

Toronto Beauty Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion for abuse of staff or policies.

Toronto Beauty Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion for excessive cancellations/no-shows.

Toronto Beauty Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion for misuse of membership benefits.

No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.

Toronto Beauty Club is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Toronto Beauty Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Toronto Beauty Club is not responsible for service dissatisfaction resulting from unrealistic expectations or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant hair history, allergies, sensitivities, and medical conditions prior to services.

Client information collected through memberships is used solely for salon operations, bookings, marketing communications, loyalty tracking, and membership management.

Toronto Beauty Club will not sell personal information to third parties.

Toronto Beauty Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of membership benefits after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
